Payment, Cancellation and Refunds

It’s very secure so you can have peace of mind when making your purchase.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Payment couldn’t be simpler; just a few clicks: 

  • Click on the product you’d like to buy and select the quantity (if applicable)
  • Click on “Add To Basket” 
  • Click on “View Basket” 
  • Enter your contact, customer delivery and payment details
  • Click on “Place Order”

When you’ve placed and paid for your order online you’ll be sent a confirmation email

Not going to be in?

That’s fine. Just fill out the information boxes at checkout to let us know where to leave your logs. See the Delivery page and also Section 8 of our Terms and Conditions for further details

 

Paying in person: 

If you’d rather pay with cash or cheque when your order is delivered, that’s fine. Just call or use the Contact Form to place your order. The form must contain the following in the message field:

  • Your chosen products 
  • Your address and postcode 
  • A contact telephone number 
  • A line to say that you agree to our Terms and Conditions

We’ll then get back to you as soon as we can to organise your delivery

All product and delivery prices, online or in person, include applicable VAT

 

CANCELLATION:

If you’d like to cancel before or after your order has been delivered, it’s no problem at all. You can do this within 14 days of placing the order or receiving the goods. Just fill out the Contact Form to say that you’d like to cancel the contract of sale. We’ll then email you a returns form to which you should add the following information:

 

  • A list of the ordered/received goods to be cancelled/returned
  • The date the goods were ordered/received
  • Your name and address
  • The date of filling out the form to cancel

If you’ve already received your goods, they’ll be collected*

 

REFUNDS:

We’ll refund the full cost of your goods before delivery if you cancel within 14 days of ordering. If you’ve already received the goods, we’ll refund the full cost of the goods and delivery providing that that compliance with our Terms and Conditions and any disclaimer has been complied with and that no more than a small quantity** have been used. Otherwise, a refund may not be agreed or, in the case that e refund has been agreed, an amount proportionate to the amount of goods remaining will be made. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details (in particular, Section 9 and Schedule 2)

*a collection fee may apply

**a fair and reasonable amount to establish that you want to return them (up to 4 logs, up to 4 fire-lighters or up to 4 kindling sticks)
